Questions

Do we need UTV experience?
No. Big Bend Desert Tours provides guides and handles technical terrain; riders need basic fitness and comfort on uneven ground.
What's the water situation?
Santa Elena Canyon paddling is Class I-II, calm and scenic. La Posada's hot springs are natural thermal pools; bring swimwear.
How remote is this?
Terlingua is 300 miles from El Paso and 200 from San Antonio. Cell service is spotty; plan accordingly and embrace the isolation.
