BESTMAN HQ is a destination atlas and AI-assisted trip-planning tool for bachelor parties. The site is operated by Belmont Mills LLC, which is also the merchant of record for any subscription or welcome-kit order you pay for. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you don’t, don’t use it.

Some features (saving plans, subscribing) require an account. You’re responsible for keeping your password and email access secure. If you suspect someone else has access to your account, reset your password from `/auth/reset` or email us at info@bestmanhq.com.

We may suspend or terminate an account being used to abuse the service, scrape content programmatically, evade rate limits, or violate these terms. If we do, we’ll tell you why.

BMHQ Unlimited is a monthly subscription at $19.99 per month, billed by Stripe on behalf of Belmont Mills LLC. It auto-renews the same day each month until you cancel.

Cancellation is one click through the Stripe customer portal — accessible from your account dashboard or `/api/portal`. Canceling stops future renewals; the current paid period stays active through its end date. We don’t pro-rate or refund partial months, except where a statutory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires it. If our billing system fails to honor your cancellation, email info@bestmanhq.com and we’ll fix it on our side.

The wizard generates three tiered itineraries (Weekend Warrior, The Legend, The King) using Anthropic’s Claude. The output is a generated suggestion — not a curated recommendation. The model can be wrong about hours, prices, addresses, age policies, dress codes, or whether a venue is still in business. Treat every plan as a draft to confirm against the operator’s own site before you commit money, time, or a group of guys to it.

Third-party venues, restaurants, lodges, outfitters, and activity providers aren’t affiliated with BESTMAN HQ. We don’t warrant their availability, safety, or quality. Bookings, reservations, payments, and disputes are between you and them.

Welcome-kit products are printed and shipped by Printful on our behalf. Payments run through Stripe; fulfillment, tracking, and shipping ETAs come from Printful. Products are made on demand, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges on customized items except for defects or shipping damage. If your kit arrives damaged or mis-printed, email info@bestmanhq.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Editorial content, atlas entries, compare pages, manifesto, and welcome-kit copy on BESTMAN HQ are © Belmont Mills LLC and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use in planning your own trip. You can copy plans you generate, share them with your crew, and print them out. You can’t republish substantial portions of the atlas as your own content, scrape the site at machine scale, or resell access to it.

The bachelor-party context is adult by default — recommended venues include bars, casinos, distilleries, shooting ranges, and other 21+ environments. The service is for users 18 and over. We don’t knowingly host or generate content for minors.

The site, the atlas, the generated plans, and the welcome-kit shop are provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We don’t warrant that information is current to the day, that AI-generated plans are accurate, that any specific venue will be open when you arrive, or that the site will be free from downtime, bugs, or errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belmont Mills LLC and its affiliates aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or reliance on anything generated through it. Where liability can’t be fully disclaimed, our total aggregate liability to you is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that forum. Nothing here prevents you from pursuing small-claims remedies in your own state where statute permits.

We’ll update these terms when the service changes — pricing, scope, supported features, or the operating entity. Material changes will be flagged with a new last-updated date at the top. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we’ll email subscribers before it takes effect. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance.
