Questions

Do we need UTV experience?
No. High Desert Adventures guides all skill levels on marked trails; sand sledding requires zero experience.
What's the elevation like?
White Sands is 4,000 ft; Cloudcroft sits at 9,000 ft. Mild altitude, but hydrate and take it easy day one.
Can we do this in summer?
Not recommended. March–April and October–November are ideal; summer temps exceed 95°F in the flats and the park closes during peak heat.
