Most bars cap at 5-8 seats. Cover charges $5-15 per bar. Some are members-only or Japanese-language; the bachelor crew should hit the foreigner-friendly ones (Albatross, Bon's, Death Match in Hell).
Toyosu tuna auction?
5 a.m. visitor lottery via Tokyo Metropolitan Government website (3-month advance). Limited daily slots. Free but the early-morning commitment is real.
