No. Baffin Bay Fly Fishing guides beginners through the basics; most anglers hook redfish by day two.
What's the best time to go?
September through November: water temps drop, redfish move into the shallows, and sight-casting conditions peak.

Yes. Your guide will fillet redfish at the boat; Lazy A has grills and fire pits for camp cooking.
