Decompression: a stop at the Buckhorn Saloon in Pinos Altos (Old West steakhouse, est. 1863) on the drive to El Paso (ELP) airport.

Albuquerque (ABQ) is 3.5 hrs from Hatch. El Paso (ELP) is 1 hr south of Hatch — better for the southern leg.
