Knoxville Smokies + Ole Smoky Distillery Weekend — Knoxville, TN

Destination: Knoxville, TNNights: 3Group: 412Season: September, October, NovemberEstimated: $850–$1,700/person

Ole Smoky's flagship distillery in Gatlinburg — 'The Holler' — is the most-visited distillery in America for a reason: live bluegrass on the porch, white dog tastings, moonshine pour decks. Day two: Sugarlands distillery for the legitimate bourbon program, then a Smoky Mountains drive for the foliage if the crew is in late October. Volunteers home game on Saturday is the proper send-off — Market Square fills before kickoff with Tupelo Honey biscuits and tailgate energy. The Tennessean rooftop for night-one cocktails. Knoxville (TYS) is direct from most hubs.
