Glenkinchie tour?
30-minute drive from city centre. Tasting tour £15, premium with 3 single-cask drams £45. Open daily April-October, Tuesday-Saturday November-March.
Edinburgh Festival impact?
August (Edinburgh International Festival + Fringe + Military Tattoo) is when prices double and rooms book 6 months out. May-June or September-October is the bachelor sweet spot.
