Day-one half-day on the Rey Fisher class for marlin, day-two snorkel at El Arco at sunrise. Dinner at Esperanza's Cocina del Mar (cliff over the Sea of Cortez, the steak-and-seafood program). El Squid Roe + Mango Deck for the Cabo party energy on day three (or skip if the crew wants Esperanza's quiet apex). Cabo San Lucas (SJD) is the gateway, 30 minutes from town.

$1,200-2,800/boat for the half-day on the Rey Fisher class. Full-day $1,800-3,600. 4-6 anglers per boat. Marlin tournaments June-November are the marquee.
El Arco access?
Water taxi from the marina ($20-30 round trip). Snorkel/swim access on the Sea of Cortez side. Best 7-9 a.m. before the day boats clog the area.
Vs Loreto?
Cabo is loud, party-anchored, big-name resorts (Esperanza, One&Only, Le Blanc). Loreto is sleepy, fishing-village, real Sea of Cortez. Pick by the bachelor's energy level.
