Questions

Do we need security clearance?
No. SpaceX VIP tours are open to US citizens with valid ID; advance booking required 2-3 weeks prior to launch window.
What if the launch gets scrubbed?
Weather delays are common; your package includes rescheduled viewing or a full behind-the-scenes VAB tour as backup, plus a credit toward future launch viewing.
Can we get closer to the pad?
VIP platform is the closest public access during active launch operations; private pad tours happen only during non-launch windows and require separate SpaceX authorization.
